Crypt is available for Windows systems, from Vista to lastest versions (and XP if you have .NET framework installed - if you got 0xc0000135 error you don't have .NET installed; download it from here). It also supports both 32 bits and 64 bits versions.

In the box below you have the md5 code in order to verify integrity of the download. For this I recommend HashTab.
